Each row says that a named public source, read at the stamped time, associates a provider with a country, a method id, and a direction (buy or sell). The current seed has 1,221 such rows, 11 providers, 203 countries, and 64 method ids.

Poland/BLIK rows that are not from those APIs are manual readings of public announcements and help pages. all 9 rows already present in coverage.json. The slice file is src/data/pl_blik.json. The build stops if that slice and coverage.json disagree.

Seed generated_at is 2026-10-29 03:04 +08:00 (Asia/Shanghai). Every coverage row carries that same last_verified value. The stamp is when the seed was produced. Manual rows are re-stamped when the dataset is rebuilt, including if nobody re-opened the page. Re-read the source URL before relying on a manual row.

Nothing here crawls on a timer. A refresh is a person replacing the seed and shipping a new build.

• Replace src/data/coverage.json from a new public-source seed. Keep the csv, provider registry, and PL/BLIK slice in agreement.
• Re-open manual doc URLs before treating the new stamp as a reading.
• Run npm run build. The build script rejects a row with no source URL.
• Deploy the dist directory to Cloudflare Pages project onrampindex.

There is no fixed calendar. If the stamp is old, the rows are old.

coverage.json is the catalog the pages use, with labels and counts. The row-level file in git is src/data/coverage.json. Cite the source_url on the row, not this site as the underlying authority.

No separate open-data license is declared for the compilation. Upstream API terms stay with the providers.

A correction is a public URL and the date you read it. This site does not publish an email address. Rows without a source are rejected.
